My stay at the hotel was impressive. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom providing plenty of room overall. The modern design furniture and clean bathroom, along with the small fridge, added convenience. However, the initial coldness due to open windows and off heating was a downside.
Upon arriving at the hotel after 10 pm, I experienced a bit of inconvenience leaving my car in the parking garage, but overall it was a satisfactory stay. The non-smoking room had a persistent cigarette smell, and the absence of air conditioning was noticeable. However, the location was excellent for exploring Aachen, and parking was convenient.
The hotel offers spacious and functional rooms overlooking a central road, equipped with modern en suite bathrooms and fair-size showers. While the service was unprofessional and even rude at times, the staff redeemed themselves by being very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is excellent, right in the city center near shops, cathedral, and restaurants, making it a prime choice for experiencing the city's attractions. Dining options were ample but not top-notch, and overall, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were VERY spacious, new, clean, and had all the things you would need. However, there was a sort of stuffy smell whenever I entered the room, but that didn't take away from my excellent time at the hotel.
